Meeting notice in compliance. 14 People in attendance. Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes - March 18, 2026 Regular Board Meeting and March 27, 2026 Road Bid Specification Meeting. Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve minutes as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Plan Commission Recommendation : Peter Brogan, 1102 Czech Ave, 024-00983-000, Rezone application for 39.84 acres zoned A-1 to 10 acres zoned A-3 and 29.84 zoned to A-1(15). Chairman Mike Kuss, Planning Commission Committee presented the recommendation to “Not Object” to rezone request. After discussion and questions a Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to “Not Object” to the rezoning request. Carried by unanimous voice vote. 2026 Road Construction Project Updates and request for bids - Chairman Arndt reviewed and answered questions.
