Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes - January 14, 2026 - Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve minutes as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Review and Discuss the Cottonville Cemetery Survey Map - General discussion, review, and questions about the Resolution 2026-1002 To Approve Certified Survey, Accept and Receive Quit Claim Deed to file, Approve cemetery lots for Billings and Woods. Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve Resolution 2026-1002. Carried by unanimous voice vote. (copy included) Resolution to include amounts charged on Property Tax bills for overdraft, insufficient funds or returned check fees for Property Tax Payments - General review and discussion. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to approve Resolution 2026-1001 for special charges for NSF fees to be added to property tax bills. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to approve Resolution 2026-1001. Carried by unanimous voice vote. (copy included) Highway Maintenance - Discuss the option to build a sand/salt storage structure - Skelton provided information from a meeting with DOT to discuss and review options. Additional information will be provided at a subsequent meeting. Road repair update - Arndt provided general discussion on the roads to be considered for repair in 2026. After discussion the board scheduled a meeting for the annual road review to prepare a list of road repairs that will be presented at the March 18, 2026 meeting.
