Pledge of Allegiance Quorum Call and Verification of public notice and approval of agenda - All board members in attendance and meeting notice in compliance. 17 People in attendance. Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve agenda. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Presentation of proposed 2026 Budget with Public discussion. Close public hearing and budget summary meeting- Motion by Jungbluth/Arndt to close the public hearing and budget summary and proceed to Special Town Electors Meeting. Carried by unanimous roll call vote. Meeting Closed at 6:17pm. SPECIAL TOWN ELECTORS MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CLOSE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING Call Meeting to Order – by Chairman Al Arndt at 6:17pm. Verification of public notice - Meeting notices in compliance. Consider the adoption of a Resolution 2025-1002 endorsing the Town Board’s Resolution for town tax levy 2025 (to be collected in 2026) at the state’s allowable 2025 levy limit after adjustments. Motion byJungbluty/Skelton to adopt Resolution 2025-1002 for the town tax levy at the state’s allowable 2025 levy limit. Resolution adopted by hand vote 16 aye, 1 nay, 0 abstaining. Consider the adoption of a Town Elector Resolution 2025-1003 adopting the total town tax levy for 2025 (to be collected in 2026) in the amount of $518,018. Motion by Skelton/Jungbluth to adopt resolution 2025-1003 for total tax levy amount of $518,018. Resolution adopted by hand vote 16 aye, 1 nay, 0 abstaining. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to close the special town electors meeting and proceed to the Regular Board Meeting. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes - October 15, 2025 - Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve minutes as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. 2025 Road Construction Project Update - Chairman Arndt provided an update on road construction projects and the approval of submitted LRIP project and Culvert Aid. Nominations of election workers for 2026 - 2027 - Names submitted and reviewed. Motion by Arndt/Skelton to accept the nominations of election workers. Carried by uninimious voice vote. Big Roche-A-Cri Lake District - Jungbluth Friendship Lake District - Skelton Adams County Solid Waste - Arndt Adams County Fire District - Jungbluth EMS Lifestar Ambulance - Skelton Sheriff Report - Skelton Town of Preston Transfer Site - Arndt Highway Maintenance Department - Arndt Discussion on changes for the Town Transfer Site - Entrance and Exit direction will change to better support the direction change of the compactor. Enter from the South to the North. A Stop sign and check-in will be placed near the brush pile entrance. The current level of the brush pile requires the area to be closed immediately.
