Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes - November 19, 2025 Special Meeting and Regular Meeting - Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve minutes as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. 2026 Road Construction Upcoming Projects Update - Chairman Arndt provided an update on road construction projects Review and Approve 2026 Budget at the approved tax levy amount - Presented 2026 budget and answered questions to approve the budget for 2026. Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve the 2026 budget as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Review property value reassessment option - Clerk Howard presented the option proposed bt the assessor to complete the reassessment by 2027 with work beginning in 2026 and to divide the total cost over two years (2026 & 2025). The board unanimously agreed with the assessor approach and requested a formal agreement to be prepared for review and possible approval at a subsequent meeting. . Application for Big Roche-A-Cri Lake District temporary liquor license for January 31, 2026 Fisheree event. Board reviewed the application and after discussion and questions. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to approve the temporary liquor license. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Department and District Reports - no actions required. Information only. Motion by Skelton/Jungbluth to hire Marty Fisher effective 12/5/2025. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Correspondence Received - Correspondence Received no action required Set the next meeting date and agenda items - January 14, 2026 Guest update - No Updates Treasurer’s Report & Payment of Bills - Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve and file the treasurer's report and pay the bills.
