Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Approval of Minutes - September 17, 2025; September 30, 2025; October 8, 2025 - Motion by Jungbluth/Skelton to approve minutes as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Adams County Planning & Zoning - Amendments Summary - General discussion and review of official board response. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to approve official response. Carried by unanimous voice vote. (Details available in the approved Minutes of October 8, 2025 meeting). 2025 Road Construction Project Update - Chairman Arndt provided an update on road construction projects and a preliminary review of the proposed roads scheduled for 2026. Discussion and possible action for roads to apply for LRIP grants - Board presented potential roads to submit an application for LRIP funding. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to prepare LRIP application for road construction for 8th Ave from 8th Dr. to Cypress Ave. Chairman Arndt and Supervisor Skelton to develop applications and determine exact termination points. Carried by uninimious voice vote. 2026 Proposed Budget Presentation - General discussion of the budget process and presented a proposed budget at the State Allowable Levy Limit for 2025. Motion by Arndt/Jungbluth to adopt Resolution 2025-1001 Proposing the Allowable Levy Limit of $518,018 to be placed on the agenda for the special town meeting to be held on November 19, 2025 at 6:00pm. Carried by unanimous voice vote. Clerk to post October 16, 2025 the Resolution 2025-1001. 2026 Fire & Ambulance Budget Information - No update available Town of Preston Transfer Site - Review and discuss a volunteer person to support Steve on weekends. Adams County Highway Sand/SaltStand-by amount for 600 tons. Guest update - County Board Supervisors provided updates and answered questions.
