SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2025
Call Meeting to Order - by Chairman Al Arndt at 4:36pm.
Quorum Call/Verification of public notice and Approval of the Agenda - All board members in attendance and meeting notice in
compliance. Motion by Arndt/Skelton to approve agenda as presented. Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Review Town Roads - The board reviewed and developed a recommendation for road repairs in 2026. Identified roads to recommend
for submission for LRIP grants. All information will be presented at the next regular board meeting on September 17, 2025.
Meeting adjourned at 5:12pm
