TOWN OF LEOLA Dave Roberts, Chairman 715-213-9677 Greg Sager, Supervisor 715-323-3254; Bruce Duellman 414-640-6899 Town website at www.townofleolawi.com TOWN BOARD MEETING Town Hall, 170 Apache Lane Wednesday September 16th, 2026 At 6:00pm Minutes Call to order: Dave Roberts, Chairman- present Greg Sager, Supervisor- present Bruce Duellman, Supervisor- present Skeeter Fahser, Clerk- present Jackie Horacek, Treasurer- present Pledge of Allegiance Approve minutes of September 7th, 2026-Bruce Duellman made a motion to approve the minutes from September 7th, 2026. Greg Sager seconds the motion. Motion carried Pay Bills: New Business: Discussion with possible action -Road work Bruce Duellman gave on update on the 6th Ave Grant-Grading started on the south end of County Road D. They are hoping to start paving today or tomorrow. Bruce Duellman also met with Alex from Synder about the 3rd road project concerning Jeff’s approach and that they will need to remove the concrete to make the pitch reasonable. No motions made on the Road work. Discussion with possible action -Mowing and grading Chairman Eric Fahser met with Dale Winkler and went over what roads need to be done. He will start mowing by the end of the week or early next week. No motions made on the mowing and grading. Discussion with possible action- land use permit for TC Enterprises. Bruce Duellman made a motion to approve the land use permit. Greg Sager seconds the motion. Motion made and passed. Citizen input- Peggy Heuer was wondering if they could know the amount and interest rate on the loan for 6th ave. She also went down 6th to Aniwa and she feels like the we don’t need to worry about the wetness because of the lift on the road is going to be ok. She also asked if the septic permit went through for the house on the corner of 6th and 73. Bruce Duellman said that he talked to Dustin Grant about that and he said that he inspected the septic himself. She also said that Dale wouldn’t need to mow by them because they did cut the grass. Sandy would like to extend her shed by 2 feet. The board feels that she will be find. She will need to let the building inspector the change.
