Greg Sager seconded. Pay Bills: Bruce Duellman made a motion to approve paying the bills. Greg Sager seconded the motion. Citizen input- Peggy Heuer has problem with the minutes because the culvert size, the gravel didn’t put gravel down before the culvert was installed. She also is disappointed in the Engineer in the price. He should have reached out to someone. Culvert the north of her house there is a huge washout. Started pulverizing on 73? Was it wrote incorrect. She said in should state south of D. She feels that we are in for a huge fail. Bill Grove wanted to know how do people find out special meeting? Skeeter Fahser stated that Once the minutes are put on the website there should be an alert sent to your email. New Business: Discussion with possible action-Operator License for Tracy Vitale and Amanda Frausto. Bruce Duellman approved the Operator Licenses for Tracy Vitale and Amanda Frausto. Greg Sager seconds motion. Motion Passes. Discussion with possible action- Seth Rewinkel from the Plainfield Fire Department is asking for us to change the ordinance to switching the number of required fire inspections from twice per year to once per year. Bruce Duellman makes a motion to approve the change in two inspections to one. Greg Sager second motion. Motion Passes. Discussion with possible action- Land Survey for Robert Woyak. Bruce Duellman makes a motion to approve the land survey for Robert Woyak. Greg Sager seconds. Motion passes. Discussion with possible action- 6th Ave Project The Ditch to the north culvert is fine and was inspected by the Army Core of Engineering. However, the Ditch #2 needs a culvert added. We need to decide on a 3 foot or a 4 foot. The price difference is roughly 3 foot is $4500.00 or 4 foot $6500.00. Greg Sager thinks we should go with the 4 feet because the water flow is so great there that it would be beneficial for the town and the road. We also we need to decide who will put the culvert in we did get a quote from Hoffman Trucking for $13712.00. We have not received the quote from Lemke Trucking. After discussion Greg made a motion to go with the 4-foot culvert. Bruce Duellman seconds the 4-foot culvert. Greg Sager and Bruce Duellman tabled who would put it in.
