TOWN OF LEOLA Dave Roberts, Chairman 715-213-9677 Greg Sager, Supervisor 715-323-3254; Bruce Duellman 414-640-6899 Town website at www.townofleolawi.com TOWN BOARD MEETING Town Hall, 170 Apache Lane Wednesday June 17th, 2026 At 6:00pm Minutes Call to order: Pledge of Allegiance Approve minutes of May 20th, 2026: Bruce Duellman made a motion to approve the minutes from last meeting. Greg Sager seconded the motion. Motion carried Pay Bills: Bruce made a motion to approve paying the bills. Greg Sager seconded the motion. Motion carried Citizen input- Peggy Heuer- there is a problem with the minutes and agenda on the website. Bruce Duellman and Brian Rozelle also stated that they were unable to view them as well. Skeeter Fahser left the meeting and checked on the website and emailed them and had it corrected. Then Peggy Heuer asked the status of 6th Ave Project. Chairman Roberts had received a email stating that they will be in the area in the next two weeks to start pulverizing, putting in culverts and graveling. Hopefully by July 1st. Michael Strom stated that there was a forest fire started a month ago acre to an acre and ½ on the north side of Aspen dr. Peggy Heuer was wondering where we were with the beaver dam. Bruce Duellman informs everyone that he was hoping to remove the dam next week, and he will have his utv to remove all the dam and that Paul thinks the beaver is gone he has not seen it in while. Chairman Robert updated the board that the town the county has a map of the roads that need cracks and potholes repaired. Bruce Duellman asked about the 6th Ave change order that we tabled from last month. Chairman Roberts states that he thought that if we could use sand from the local cranberry marsh to save a little bit of money instead of gravel but after talking to Scott the engineer we would not be saving very much and that we would be better to use gravel verses sand. The 6th Ave change order will be at the July meeting. New Business: Discussion with possible action-Operators License for Wagon Wheel-Eric Fahser, Skeeter Fahser (new), Cathy Lauer, Roxanne Czlapinski Bruce Duellman makes a motion to approve the operator licenses for Wagon Wheel bar and grill. Greg Sager seconded the motion. motion carried. Discussion with possible action-Alcohol License for Wagon Wheel Bruce Duellman makes a motion to approve the operator licenses for Wagon wheel. Greg Sager seconded the motion. motion carried. Discussion with possible action-Cigarette License for Wagon Wheel. Bruce Duellman makes a motion to approve the cigarette and tobacco licenses for Wagon wheel. Greg Sager seconded the motion. motion carried. Greg Sager makes a motion to approve the operator licenses for Ponderosa Pines. Bruce Duellman seconded the motion. motion carried. Discussion with possible action-Cigarette and Tobacco License for Alcohol License for Ponderosa Pines (C&D Hospitality LLC) Greg Sager makes a motion to approve the cigarette and tobacco licenses for Ponderosa Pines.
