TOWN OF LEOLA Dave Roberts, Chairman 715-213-9677 Greg Sager, Supervisor 715-323-3254; Bruce Duellman 414-640-6899 Town website at www.townofleolawi.com TOWN BOARD MEETING Town Hall, 170 Apache Lane Wednesday January 15th, 2026 At 6:00pm SPECIAL MEETING Minutes Call to order: 6:00 PM Pledge of Allegiance Approve minutes of January 7th, 2026 Corrections to January 7th, 2026 Bruce Duellman requested corrections made with the last meeting first the snow plowing at the town hall and town dump the amount was not excessive, but the frequency of plowing was excessive. that David Roberts left the last meeting mad. He made a motion to accept Peterson Movers Contract Gregs Sager seconded once we found out if in fact that new contract with updated dates would be sent to Skeeter Fahser and legally if we could vote since Dave Roberts was not present. Motion to accept the corrections made by Bruce Duellman and seconded by Greg Sager. Citizen Input- Peggy Heuer was wondering why we have citizen input before the New Business and Jeff Ahlborn was asking if they will have citizen input at the end of the meeting? Chairman David Roberts responded with He wanted to try something different and there will be no citizen input at the end of the meeting. Peggy Heuer also brought up 6th Ave bumps in the road and there was no signage in place after there was discussion on putting signs up. Supervisor Bruce Duellman stated that he did put signs up and that he would go look in the morning to see if they were there or if someone took them. New Business: Discussion with possible action-Peterson Movers plowing contract. Mike Peterson has informed the board that he will be having 2 trucks for the bigger snowfall and will be hiring 2 drivers to handle the snow. Chairman David Roberts called for a vote 2 ayes and no opposed. Contract was signed by Chairman David Roberts and informed Mike Peterson to send us a copy of your insurance.
