Bruce Duellman requested to get a call verses an email. Greg Sager motioned to table until special meeting, Dave Roberts seconded. For the record Bruce Duellman has voiced his vote to approve the bid. Greg Sager motioned to table until special meeting, Dave Roberts seconded. Greg Sager motioned making changes to the minutes and that going forward the minutes will be more detailed and that Bruce is okay with the bid. Dave Roberts seconded the correction to the minutes and added that Bruce was good with the bid. Pay Bills: Bruce Duellman has questions on the town hall and dump plowing bill stating that on the 12/2/25, 12/10/25 and 12/31/2025 at Town Dump for $450.00 and the 12/2,12/3,12/6,12/7,12/9,12/10,12/29,12/31 for $800.00 is excessive amount for plowing. Will ask to provide pictures. Bruce makes a motion to pay bills. Greg Sager seconded. New Business: Discussion with possible action- PLOWING TOWN ROADS Dave Roberts asked if the board had time to review the references that Peterson Movers has supplied. Bruce Dullman stated that he was waiting for a special meeting to be called. David Roberts never received a call stating that they have reviewed the references. Greg Sager said he misunderstood and asked if we received information from the County. Information packets were provided to the board members in their binders. Preliminary numbers from the County were $10686.00 for 5 days with 3 trucks. Figuring out the hour it was $213 approximately an hour. With further discussion with Mike Peterson, he stated that he would still have to purchase a truck but would be ready to go on or before February 1, 2026, the board requested an new contract with updated dates and that Skeeter Fahser would check to see if the board could vote on the contract being a board of 2. Greg Sager motioned to table the plowing town roads until the board could get a new contract and looking into the legal information.
