Approve minutes of December 2nd, 2025 Greg Sager motion to approve minutes of December 2nd, 2025, Dave Roberts seconded. New Business: Discussion with possible action-Election workers- Skeeter Fahser Cecil Richtmyer Greg Sager Peggy Hauer Bruce Duellman Michael Strom Eric Fahser Heidi Strom Jeff Ahlborn Motion By Greg Sager to approve the election workers, Second by Dave Roberts Discussion with possible action-Land Survey for Kenneth Beckett Motion by Bruce Duellman to approve the Land Survey for Kenneth Beckett, Second by Greg Sager Discussion with possible action-Plow Contract Board decided to table and call a special meeting once the board has reviewed references. Bruce Duellman requested to get a call verses an email. Greg Sager motioned to table until special meeting, Dave Roberts seconded.
