Bruce Duellman motion to approve minutes from Aug 20th, 2025. Greg Sager seconded the motion. New Business: Discussion with possible actions- Discuss bid for 6th Ave gravel and culvert installation ARIP Grant. Chairman Dave Roberts spoke with Earth Inc and Scott from Snyder and Associates and at this time Chairman Dave Roberts requests to formally deny the bid from Earth Inc. for the 6th Ave Gravel and Culvert installation.
