Bruce Duellman seconded the motion. Treasurer Report: New Business: Guest Speaker-Colburn-Leola Cemetery Association Discussion with possible actions-Ending Deputy Positions. Motion made by Bruce Duellman to end both Deputy Positions. Greg Sager seconded Discussion with possible actions-Bids for Snow Plowing. Motion made by Bruce Duellman to post and publish bids for Snow Plowing, Greg Sager seconded the motion. Discussion with possible actions-Ponderosa Pines/CAD Hospitality LLC Cigarette and Tobacco License Renewal Alcohol Beverage License Operator License-Amanda Hardrath, Cora Dean, Elaine Sawyer, Timothy Fuchs, Sandra Bula, Sandra Warzynski, Deniell Calmes, Tracy Vitale, Brittany Bula Motion by Bruce Duellman to approve all licenses and all operator licenses for Ponderosa Pines/CAD Hospitality LLC Discussion with possible actions- Operator License Cathleen Lauer Motion by Bruce Duellman to approve Cathleen Lauer’s operator license. seconded by Greg Sager. Discussion- 6th Project with Scott from Synder & Associates. Citizen Input-Motion to request discussion on the next month’s meeting about Jason Skalecki purchase of land that the town owns.
