1 MINUTES TOWN OF PLOVER BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 9, 2024 1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Garbe called the meeting of the Town of Plover Town Board to order at 11:01 AM. Also present were Supervisors Bentley, Pingel, and Rossier; Clerk/Treasurer Weller; and Superintendent of Highways William Honaker. Supervisor Firkus was excused. 2. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION TO CONDUCT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF A PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE, PURSUANT TO WISCONSIN STATUTES SECTION 19.85(1)(c): CONSIDERING EMPLOYMENT, PROMOTION, COMPENSATION OR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DATA OF ANY PUBLIC EMPLOYEE OVER WHICH THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY HAS JURISDICTION OR EXERCISES RESPONSIBILITY: Supervisor Rossier made the motion to go into closed session at 11:02 AM to conduct a performance evaluation of Superintendent of Highways William Honaker, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c). Supervisor Bentley seconded the motion, the question was called, and the motion carried unanimously in a roll call vote. 3. MOTION TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION: Supervisor Rossier made the motion to reconvene into open session at 12:36 PM, Supervisor Bentley seconded, the question was called, and the motion carried unanimously. 4. ADJOURNMENT: Supervisor Pingel made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:36 PM, Supervisor Rossier seconded, the question was called, and the motion carried unanimously.
