Motion carried Treasure Report: Motion by Greg Sager to approve Treasures Report/Eric Fahser second. Motion carried Pay Bills: Motion by Greg Sager to approve paying bills/Eric Fahser second. Motion carried New Business: Discussion with possible action-Open bids for crack filling. Motion by Greg Sager to approve Thunder Road to do the crack filling in the amount of $61275.00. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried. Discussion with possible action-Open bids for gravel hauling Motion by Greg Sager to approve bid from SRM. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried Discussion with possible action-Zoning Options Motion by David Roberts to table until next month. Greg Sager approved table until next month. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried. 4. Discussion with possible action-Appoint Deputy Clerk. Skeeter Fahser appoints Jackie Horacek as her Deputy Clerk. Motion by Greg Sager to approve Jackie Horacek as Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer.
