Motion carried Pay Bills: Motion by Greg Sager to approve pay bills/Eric Fahser second. Motion carried New Business: 1. Discussion with possible action- Road work for 2024 Chairman has reached out to possible companies to do crack filling. He has not received return calls as of yet. He’s requesting tabling until next month meeting. Motion by Greg Sager to approve tabling until next meeting/ Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 2. Discussion with possible action-Adams Columbia Electrical consent form. Chairman explained this is an annual request. Motion by Greg Sager to approve/Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 3. Discussion with possible action-Krogh Land use permit. Land use permit application has been received with payment. Motion by Greg Sager approve the land use permit/ Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 4. Discussion -Road damage update. Restitution check was received for road damage. 5. Discussion with possible action-Setting up permanent hours for the Town Hall. Clerk Skeeter Fahser presented hour that she would be available to be at the Town Hall. Set days would be Tuesday and Thursday 3pm to 7pm and by appointment. Motion by Greg Sager approve the set hours/ Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 6.
