Motion carried Treasure Report: Motion by Greg Sager to approve Treasurers/Eric Fahser second. Motion carried Pay Bills: Motion by Greg Sager to approve Paying Bills /Eric Fahser second. Motion carried New Business: 1. Discussion with possible action- -Parking Lot Lights After the discussion of whether to you solar powered lighting verses electrical lighting. The Chairman David Roberts asked to table the discussion to gather more information and pricing. Greg Sager motion to table until next months meeting/ Eric Fahser second the motion. 2. Discussion with possible action- Election workers. The list of election workers are as following: Skeeter Fahser- Chief Amylee Cornell- Chief Eric Fahser Tanner Fahser Brian Rozelle Bruce Duellman Michael Strom Heidi Strom Greg Sager Motion by Greg Sager to approve Election workers /Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 3. Discussion with possible action-Audit Motion by Greg Sager approve the Audit / Eric Fahser second.
