Eric Fahser second. Motion carried Pay Bills: Motion by Greg Sager to approve minutes . Eric Fahser second. Motion carried New Business: 1. Discussion with possible action--Plans for the dump. David Roberts suggested cutting dead trees and trimming of trees to make moving the dumpsters to an easier location to plow during the winter. Motion by Greg Sager to approve. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 2. Discussion with possible action- Approve application for Class B combination beer and liquor licenses from Billy Pratt, Wagon Wheel Bar and Grill; Sandra Bula, Ponderosa Pines LLC. Motion by Greg Sager to approve. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 3. Discussion with possible action- Approve cigarette license application from Ponderosa Pines. Motion by Greg Sager approve. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 4. Discussion with possible action- Approve renewal operator’s license applications from Sandra Warzynski, Amanda Hardrath, Brittany Bula, Lindsey Wilke, Timothy Fuchs, Deniell Calmes, Hollie Molepske, Amanda Frausto, Cari Zuege, Leann Pratt, Roxanne Czlapinski, Bobbi Lindsey Motion by Greg Sager approve. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 5. Discussion with possible action- Purchase of town equipment. 6. Discussion with possible action- Land Use Permits for Mortenson Bros Farm and Walter Traxler. Motion by Greg Sager approve. Eric Fahser second. Motion carried 7. Discussion with possible action- Gravel Bids. No bids were received. Dave will try contacting some contractors and see if we could get someone to haul gravel to 5th, 6th and a few other roads that will need gravel. Motion by Greg Sager approve. Eric Fahser second.
