Motion Carried Treasurer Report Motion by Greg Sager, second by Eric Fahser to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Motion Carried Pay Bills: The Board members individually reviewed the vouchers and signed them. New Business: 1. Discussion with possible action-Land Use Permit Application for Peterson. The Board reviewed a Land Use Permit application proposing construction of a dwelling. Motion by Greg Sager, second by Eric Fahser to approve the Land Use Permit Application. Motion Carried. 2. Discussion with possible action – Adams Columbia consent. Motion by Greg Sager, second by Eric Fahser to Approve the Adams Columbia Consent request. Motion carried. 3. Discussion and possible action - Consideration and recommendation to Adams County, Indigo Equities, LLC request to change the Adams County Zoning Shoreland Protection Ordinance zoning classification for 1.25ac. from Conservancy to Recreational/Residential, for property located at 646 2nd Blvd. (Aspen Drive), being a part of Parcel No. 014-00701-0020. A representative from Indigo Equities, LLC and their Attorney were present to speak to the application request submitted to the County. The Town Board reviewed the Housing, Natural Resources, Land Use and Economic Development Chapters of the Comprehensive Plan, as well as the future land use map. Motion by Eric Fahser, second by Greg Sager to recommend denial of the request due to inconsistency with the Comprehensive Plan land use chapter, future land use map and natural resources chapter.
