Next Delafield Outdoor Arts Meeting: TBD: A. Check for quorum before adjournment 9. Adjournment Time: All meetings of the Delafield Promotion & Tourism Commission meeting are public meetings. The meeting of the Commission is a working session for the Commission itself, and, outside the Citizens Comments section, discussion by those in attendance is limited to Commission members, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
