Caucus Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 January 6, 2025 1. Call to order a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner called to order the 2025 Caucus for the Town of Weyauwega at 6:01 pm on January 6, 20235 at The American Legion. 2. Roll call a. Attendee Sign-In sheet was passed around. Dave Stelzner, John Neuman, Sonia Thede-Kramer, Jim Biddison, Jor Jeanna Biddison and Michele Neuman. Terry Wilz and Jodi Wilz attended via phone call. 3. Call for Election Officials to conduct Caucus a. Appoint Chair – Motion to appoint Dave Stelzner as Chair of the Caucus by John Neuman, seconded by Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried. b. Appoint to take Minutes – Motion to appoint Sonia Thede-Kramer to take minutes for the Caucus by John Neuman, seconded by Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried. 4. Nominations for Town Chairman a. Open Nominations: Nomination made by Jim Biddison for Dave Stelzner as Chairman, seconded by Terry Wilz. No other nominations were made. b. Close Nominations: Motion to close nominations for Chairman by Jim Biddison, seconded by John Neuman. 5. Nominations for Town Supervisor a. Open Nominations: Nomination made by Michele Neuman for John Neuman as Supervisor, seconded by Dave Stelzner. No other nominations were made. b. Close Nominations: Motion to close nominations for Supervisor by Jim Biddison, seconded by Terry Wilz. 6. Nominations for Town Supervisor a. Open Nominations: Nomination made by Dave Stelzner for Terry Wilz as Supervisor, seconded by John Neuman. No other nominations were made. b. Close Nominations: Motion to close nominations for Supervisor by Jim Biddison, seconded by John Neuman. 7. Nominations for Town Clerk a. Open Nominations: Nomination made by Jeanna Biddison for Sonia Thede-Kramer as Clerk, seconded by Dave Stelzner. No other nominations were made. b. Close Nominations: Motion to close nominations for Clerk by Terry Wilz, seconded by John Neuman. 8. Nominations for Town Treasurer a. Open Nominations: Nomination made by John Neuman for Jodi Wilz as Treasurer, seconded by Terry Wilz. No other nominations were made. b. Nomination Closed – Motion to close nominations for Treasurer by Jim Biddison, seconded by Dave Stelzner. 9. Distribution of Nomination Papers a. Sonia Thede-Kramer distributed all the nomination papers to the individuals that were nominated. 10. Caucus Adjourn a. Motion to adjourn caucus by John Neuman at 6:05pm, seconded by Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried.
