Planning Commission Agenda Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 Wednesday, Nov 15, 2023 6:00 pm Agenda details: 1. Call to Order a. Chairmen/John Neuman called to order the meeting of the Planning Commission at 5:58 pm on Nov 15th, 2023, at the Town Hall/American Legion. 2. Roll Call a. Planning Commission Members: Chairman/John Neuman conducted roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/John Neuman, Member/Tom Gettendorf, Member/Larry Shoffner, Member/Jack Jansen and Member/ Jeff Dyer. b. Public Present: Gerald Poltrock (Gerry) and Dave Stelzner 3. Appoint Clerk a. Chairman/John Neuman appointed Sonia Thede-Kramer as clerk and to take notes and minutes. 4. Gerald II & Jody Poltrock Conditional Use Permit a. Discussion & Hearing: Chairman/John Neuman opened the discussion to Gerry Poltrock to advise what their plans are. Gerry explained that he owns a property off County Rd F and for many years have had a camper on the property to stay in. Gerry and Jody decided that they would like to build a small home instead of the camper. They had a survey done by the DNR; the report was presented to the members. The report shows the area on his property where he can build the house. They plan on building a 20’x20’, 2 story house with no running water or septic. There will be electric. The area is far enough away from the river. The house will be built on a slab. It was asked if they will put a lean-to for parking vehicles. Gerry said yes but not yet. 5. Vote/Recommendation to Town of Weyauwega Board a. Motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit and recommend it to be presented to the Town of Weyauwega by Member/Larry Shoffner, seconded by Member/Jeff Dyer, all ayes, motion carried. 6.
