Town of Royalton BUDGET HEARING 6:00 PM Thursday, November 20, 2025 Town Hall – E6132 State Rd 54 New London, WI Agenda for this meeting was posted at the Town Hall, E6707 E5406 N Shore Rd, N4715 St Hwy 22/110 posting places. 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER by Chairman Bruce Long at 6:08pm 2. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted in accordance with WI Statutes so that the townspeople may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL: Bruce Long, Bryan Strobusch, Chris Ebert, Judy Doud, Julie Motiff, Visitor: Pat Craig 4. BUSINESS a. Review Revenues – make any changes necessary-No changes b. Review Expenditures – make any necessary changes-No changes c. Review Tax Levy – no changes made. 5. MOTION TO ADJOURN Budget Hearing by Strobusch at 6:50pm, second by Long. Motion carried. The Town Board requests persons requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide at least 24-hour notice. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Motion to set Tax Levy for 2025: Motion by Pat Craig to approve 2025 tax levy as presented, second by Ebert. Motion carried. 5. MOTION TO ADJOURN: A motion adjourn meeting by Strobusch at 7:00, second by Long. Motion carried. The Town Board requests persons requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide at least twenty-four hours’ notice.
