May 7, 2025 Board of Review

Minutes of the May 7, 2025 Board of Review Town of Matteson, Waupaca County, Wisc. Present: DuWayne Federwitz, Greg Hanson, Mark Schuster, Larry Preuss and Mike Mehlberg. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chairman Federwitz. The Open Meeting Statement was read. Motion was made by Hanson and seconded by Schuster to nominate Federwitz as Chair for Board of Review. A verbal vote returned all yeses. Motion carried. Motion was made by Federwitz and seconded by Schuster to nominate Greg Hanson as Vice Chair. A verbal vote returned all yeses. Motion carried. It is noted that no property owners made any appointments for the Board of Review with the Clerk. It is also noted that all Board of Review members have met the required training for 2025. Chairman gave an overview of how the Board of Review is conducted. It is noted that no one from the public came to the Board of Review. Board of Review was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
