PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Town of Matteson, Waupaca County, Wisconsin The Town of Matteson will hold a public hearing to consider approval of an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, and changes to the Preferred Land Use Map. The purpose of the Amendment and Map Change is to remove parcel 14-22-22-2 from Farmland Preservation and amend the zoning of the property from Agricultural Retentions (AR) to Agricultural and Woodland Transition (AWT). The Town Board shall meet and hold a public hearing to consider this Amendment at a special Town Board meeting on October 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Matteson Town Hall located at N10891 Jepson Rd., Clintonville, WI 54929. Copies of the Comprehensive Plan or Amendment are available for inspection prior to the hearing by contacting Ryan Brown, Planning and Zoning Director, at 715-258-6258 during normal business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm). Written comments will also be accepted at the Clerks Residence, E10951 Lundt Rd., Clintonville, WI 54929 until October 12, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
