1. Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman Nickel.
2. Motion to adjourn meeting to later date and larger venue due to size of crowd and people unable to get
into building made by K. Nickel; seconded by C. Hardy. Roll call vote;

C. Hardy – votes aye
