Town of Lind Planning Commission minutes Tuesday, November 7, 2023 Lind Center Town Hall 1. Chairperson Art Richardson called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance done. 3. Open meeting statement was read. 4. Roll Call: Art Richardson, Steve Gall, Randy Yorkson, Randy Mitchell, Ruth Wilde, Brigid Ferkett, Sue Golding. Public attendance in the sign in book. 5. Approve and or Amend the Agenda: Motion by Steve Gall to approve agenda as is; second by Randy Mitchell; Motion carried by a voice vote. 6. Approve and or Amend Minutes from last meeting- September 5, 2023. Motion by Randy Mitchell to approve as is; second by Randy Yorkson; Motion carried by a voice vote. Order of Business: 1. Zone Map Amendment-Greg Stelse, E4259 East Gate Drive, Waupaca Wi; Parcel 12-02- 23-02. Kyle Fischer(agent) presented information regarding application to amend the map from Agriculture Retention (AR) to Commerical for future expansion of his business. Deliberation followed: Motion by Randy Yorkson to approve amendment to Ag. Enterprise to Ag. Retention, second by Ruth Wilde. Motion carried by a voice vote, all in favor. 2. Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Agriculture to Commerical and remove parcel 12- 02-23-02 from Farmland Preservation. Deliberation followed. Motion was made by Randy Yorkson. Seconded by Steve Gall. Motion carried by a voice vote, all in favor. a. Certified Survey map was looked over, Motion was made by Randy Mitchell to approve the Certified Map: It was seconded by Randy Yorkson. Motion carried by a voice vote, all in favor. 3.Next Meeting-December 5, 2023 4. Adjournment- Motion by Randy Yorkson. Second by Randy Mitchell.
