Town of Taft Minutes to Monthly Meeting June 16, 2026 Condolences to Del Kroeplin for the loss of his brother. The June meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 7:10pm. All the members were present. Verification of Postings: Website, Foxx Den, Town Hall, Otter Lake Bait June 15, 2026 There was a motion from Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to approve and pay all current bills to include invoice from SEH for Skyline Dr. ARIP grant project. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion from Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski, to approve the minutes of the May 2026 general monthly meeting notes as well as the special meeting. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion from Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to approve the treasures report for the month of May. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Driveway/Culvert Permits Kurt Ryhner culvert on Pinewood There was a motion from Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski, to approve Beer/Alcohol license for Little Hills Hunting Preserve and Beer/Alcohol/Tobacco license for Mel’s Foxx Den. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion by Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski to approve the Recycling Center to be closed on July 4th and will open instead on July 6th 4-8pm. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Review of 2026 Budget Summary was tabled. Amending 2026 Budget was tabled. Road Maintenance: ARIP Update: plans continue to move forward; wetland issue continues to be looked at and worked on. Miscellaneous: nothing currently.
