Town of Taft Minutes to Monthly Meeting Oct. 14, 2025 The Oct. meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 7:18pm. All the members were present. Verification of Postings: Website, Town Hall, Otter Lake Bait Oct. 13, 2025 There was a motion from Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to approve and pay all current bills, to include a payment to SEH for $11010 applied to the Skyline Dr. Project. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion from Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski, to approve the minutes of the Sept. 2025 monthly meeting notes as well as the Special Meeting on Sept. 19, 2025. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion from Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski to approve the treasures report for the month of Sept. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Driveway/Culvert Permit. None at this time There was a motion by Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski accept the Treasurers Bond in the amount of $100 Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Clerk will rewrite. There was a motion by Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to lock in the Skyline Project CD for 13 months at a rate of 4.15% at Superior Choice Credit Union. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Road Maintenance: Both culverts have been completed on Pinewood Drive in the Dream Lake area. A date was set for the Budget Planning Meeting. Oct 28 @7pm Recycling: Going ok General Operations: Budget Planning Meeting Oct. 28, 2025 Set Tentative Date for the next meeting Nov. 11, 2025, 7pm Proposed Budget Hearing and Meeting of the Electors was set for Nov. 14 @ 7pm (Agenda will be posted in 3 areas, Otter Lake Bait, Townhall, Website on Oct. 29th.)
