Town of Taft Minutes to Monthly Meeting Nov. 19, 2024 The Nov. meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 7:16pm. All members present. Verification of Postings: Town Hall, Otter Lake Bait, Foxx Den, on Nov. 18, 2024. There was a motion from Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to approve and pay all current bills. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion by Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski to accept minutes as read. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion by Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to approve the Treasurer’s Report. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Driveway/Culvert Permit: Jason & Mary LaMotte, Culvert is completed and checked. Money was transferred per budget $5000 to each X63 Equipment Fund, X61 Hwy Reconditioning Fund, X62 Fire Reserve Fund. There was a motion by Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski to approve the 2025 Proposed Budget. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Employee Job Description and Expectation was tabled to Dec. meeting. Roads: Board talked about some missing signs that have been reported missing from our roads.
