Notice of Annual Meetine NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting for the Town of Taft, in the County of Taylor, State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Wl State. #60.L1., will be held at the Taft Town Hall in said town on: Tuesdav. April 16. 2024 at 8:00pm The members of the town board may engage in discussion and information sharing, in their capacity as town board members, at the annualtown meeting, but no action of the town board will be taken. The annual meeting can only act on those matters authorized by statute but the electors may discuss other matters and give advice to the town board. AGENDA 1. Callto Order 2. Adjourn Rules for Annual Meeting: lf an elector wishes to make a statement on allowable items, he/she should raise their hand and the Chairman will call on them to allow them to make a statement. Time will be limited. Only qualified electors will be allowed to make comment. lf any person engages in the following behavior, he/she will be instructed to cease said conduct: disorderly conduct, disruptive conduct, interrupting others, heckling, non-constructive comments, profanity, loud, and/or boisterous conduct. lf the person refuses to cease said conduct, then he/she will be asked to leave the meeting and/or a law enforcement officer will remove the person from the meeting pursuant to Wl Stat. #60.13(3).
