Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Justin Moen, Clerk Steve Madson, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – August 31st, 2026 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Steve Madson, Denis Walter, and Justin Moen. Also Present – Corbin and Lori Elmhorst Supervisor Madson made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion, and it carried. Supervisor Madson made a motion to approve the minutes from the July meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion, and it carried. Public Comments: None. Old Business: a. Roads/Tree Trimming – none New Business: Open Book will be held at Town Hall on September 14th from 9a-11a. Board or Review will be held at Town Hall on October 1st from 6p-8p. Elmhorst Certified Survey Map was approved and signed. Resolution to Disapprove Waupaca Co. Zoning Ordinance Chapter 34 Amendments of 2026 was approved and signed. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Madson and Supervisor Faldet. Supervisor Madson made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion, and it carried.
