Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Justin Moen, Clerk Steve Madson, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – May 18, 2026 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Steve Madson, Denis Walter, and Justin Moen. Also Present – Ali Johnson Supervisor Madson made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion, and it carried. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the minutes from the April meeting. Supervisor Madson seconded the motion, and it carried. Public Comments: Ali Johnson introduced the idea of the Town of Iola having its own Facebook page. Ali said she is willing to help manage the page for the town. The board will discuss further at the June meeting. Old Business: a. Roads/Tree Trimming – Supervisor Madson took photos of roads where branches and brush have been pushed back for the state as part of the state reimbursement for the ice storm damage in April. New Business: Clerk Moen informed board of a cutting notice for Glenn Tetzlaff. Clerk Moen also informed board of Planning & Zoning meeting on June 4th. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Madson. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Madson seconded the motion, and it carried.
