Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Justin Moen, Clerk Steve Madson, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – January 26, 2026 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Steve Madson, Denis Walter and Justin Moen. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Madson seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the minutes from the December meeting. Supervisor Madson seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business: a. Roads/Tree Trimming – No new updates New Business: 2025 Revenues and Expenses – Clerk Moen presented 2025 Revenues and Expenses Report to the board. After a brief discussion, Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the 2025 Revenues and Expenses. Supervisor Madson seconded the motion and it carried. Clerk Moen informed board of a cutting notice for John Kunzman and building permit for John Peterson for elevated deck. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Madson. Supervisor Madson made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
