Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – August 25, 2025 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the July monthly meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business: a. Roads/Bridges – no new updates b. Snow Plow Truck – Further discussion was had on a plow truck for the township. New Business: No new business. Clerk Madson informed the board of the following – Building Permit for James Cook (electrical system upgrade) and Roger Rohloff new electric service. Cutting notices for Lee Wilhelm and David Printz. Shoreland Permit for Fred Schlicher removing a retaining and building a new one. Land Use Permit for James Cook Accessory structure and ground mounted solar system. Verizon Wireless for Antenna addition and Tower upgrades. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills.
