Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – June 30, 2025 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Also – Mark Arndt, Rick Ertl, Chad Bestul and Oscar Knoeck. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the May monthly meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business: a. Roads/Bridges – no new updates b. Snow Plow Truck – Mark Arndt from Truck Country attended to talk to the board about a Snow Plow Truck starting with the 2025/2026 snow plowing season. After discussion the agenda item was tabled until the July meeting. New Business: No new business Clerk Madson informed the board of the following – Land Use Permit for Brian Korb (garden shed), Randy & Tammy Emmerich (shed with lean to), David & Maria Johansen (shed with lean to). Building Permits for Robert Kolbow (barndominium), Randy Emmerich (48x40 shed) and Ryan Schweiner (17x25 addition) Shoreland Permit for Ryan Schweiner (dwelling addition and new shed) Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
