Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – May 19, 2025 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the April monthly meeting, 2025 Annual Meeting and The Board of Review. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business: a. Roads/Bridges – no new updates New Business: No new business Clerk Madson informed the board of the following – Cutting notices for Jacob Carrireaux. Land Use Permit for James Cook and Samantha Jones for Accessory Structure (honey extracting facility) Building Permit for Lora Hagen modifying roof mounted solar system. Shoreland Permits for Robert Kolbow accessory structures and John Peterson for a deck with stairs. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
