Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – March 31, 2025 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the February monthly meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: Chairman Sprangers noted that Mark Doll made new notice boxes for the township. Old Business: Roads/Tree Trimming/Snow Plowing – no updates New Business: a. Board of Review – Supervisor Franchuk will serve as Chairman for the Board of Review. Open Book will be on April 22 nd, 2025 9:00 am – 11:00 am (remote) and BOR will be on April 29th, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. b. Annual meeting will be on April 28th at 6:00pm. Regular board meeting to follow. Clerk Madson informed the board of the following – Cutting notices for Jason & Vicki Meyer and Northland Lutheran Church. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried.
