Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – February 24, 2025 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the a genda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the January monthly meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: none Old Business: Roads/Tree Trimming/Snow Plowing – Board members have received compliments on the snow plowing. New Business: a. Tractor and Mowing – Supervisor Faldet informed the board all is set for mowing for this year. b. Board of Review – Supervisor Franchuk will serve as Chairman for the Board of Review. Open Book will be on April 22 nd, 2025 9:00 am – 11:00 am (remote) and BOR will be on April 29th, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Clerk Madson informed the board of the following – Building permit for Pat Gamsky (garage addition), Cheryl and Paul Zieman (solar system). Shoreland Permits for Pat Gamsky and Frank Wysocki (Accessory structure/shed). Cutting Notice for Lee Wilhelm. Land use permits RNSF Ray S chilter (dwelling w/covered porch & accessory structure. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried.
