Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting - January 27, 2025 Supervisor Faldet called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Absent – Mark Sprangers. Supervisor Faldet served as acting Chairman in Sprangers absence. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the December monthly meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: none Old Business: Roads/Tree Trimming/Snow Plowing – no new updates. New Business: a. Gambsky Certified Survey Map. Mr. Gambsky is combining 3 lots into 2 so that he can build a shed on the property. After a brief discussion the map was approved. b. 2024 Revenues and Expenses – After review, Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the 2024 Revenues and Expenses. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills.
