Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – December 23, 2024 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the November monthly meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: none Old Business: Roads/Tree Trimming/Snow Plowing – no new updates. New Business: a. Caucus Date – Motion by Chairman Sprangers to hold the 2025 Caucus on January 2nd at 5:00 PM. Supervisor Franchuk seconded the motion and it carried. Clerk Madson informed board of Land Use Permit for T-Mobile for a tower upgrade. Building Permit for Peter Smith for an electrical service upgrade. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
