Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson,Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Plan Commission Meeting September 30, 2024 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm . Plan Commission members present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet (on p hone) Steve Madson Clerk. Also present – Denis Walter, Bill Andrzejczak and Oscar Knoeck. Bill Andrzejczak is seeking a conditional use permit to park a camper on his property for more than 30 days at N8543 River Road, Iola WI. After a brief discussion the meeting was adjourned. Regular Meeting Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:05pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet (on phone), Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Others attending – Bill Andrzejczak and Oscar Knoeck. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Chairman Sprangers seconded the motion and it carried. Chairman Sprangers made a motion to approve the minutes from th e April meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carri ed. Public Comments: None Old Business: Roads/ Bridges – No new updates New Business: Andrzejczak Conditional Use Permit – For a camper at N8543 River Rd, Iola for more than 30 days. After discussion, Supervisor Faldet ma de a motion to approve the permit. Chairman Sprangers seconded the mo tion and it carried. Clerk Madson informed the board of cutting notices for Mark, Mike and Den nis Handeland. Building permits for Bill And rzejczak (shed) and Frank Wysoki for electric service. Approval of the town books was done by Chairman Sprangers and Supervisor Faldet. Chairman Sprangers made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried.
