Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin www.townofiola.com Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson,Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer Regular Meeting – May 20, 2024 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm Board Members Present – Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Also present – Lynn Sprangers Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Chairman Sprangers seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the minutes from the Annual Meeting. Chairman Sprangers seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the minutes from the April monthly meeting. Chairman Sprangers seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: none Old Business: Roads/Bridges/Snowplowing – no new updates New Business: none Clerk Madson informed board of a Land Use Permits for Steven and Vicki Allred (accessory structure), Bryce Goetsch (accessory structure) Shoreland Permit for Michael & Heidi Mauritz (accessory structure) Roger Rohloff (garage/utility shed. Building Permits for Bryce Goetsch (accessory structure), Roger Rohloff (2 portable sheds). Cutting notice for David Aronson. Approval of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried.
