Town Board — Minutes

Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer . Regular Meeting – April 24, 2023 Supervisor Faldet called the meeting to order at 6:07pm Board Members present were: Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the March meeting, Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business – a. Roads/Bridges – No new updates b. Scott Construction road work for 2023. After a brief discussion Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the road improvements for 2023. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. New Business – May 2023 Meeting – Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to hold the May meeting on Monday, May 22nd. Superisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Date change is due to Memorial Day. Clerk Madson informed the board of Shoreland Permits for Stephen Mayer for a deck and Michael and Heidi Mauntz for a garage. Cutting notices for Kevin Kielblock for Rod Gullixon and Wendi Johnson, and for Valerie Thoe Survivors Trust Audit of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
