Town Board — Minutes

Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer . Regular Meeting – March 28, 2022 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00pm Board Members present were: Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the minutes from the February meeting, Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business – None New Business – A. JL Wyatt Certified Survey Map. The board approved a certified survey map for JL Wyatt. He is splitting off 5 acres and the home from the rest of the property. B. Open Book and Board of Review – Josh Franchuk made a motion to approve having Open Book on April 18th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. (Kelly Zillmer will be doing this over the phone) and Board of Review on April 26th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Clerk Madson informed the board of cutting notices for Dale Daczyk and James & Diana Wiechert. Building permits for David Ratz, Kraig Kauth and Michael Krueger. Land use permits for Krueger Family Trust and Faldet Farms. Audit of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk. Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
