Town Board — Minutes

Town of Iola Iola, Wisconsin Bruce Faldet, Supervisor Mark Sprangers, Chairman Steve Madson, Clerk Josh Franchuk, Supervisor Denis Walter, Treasurer . Regular Meeting – February 28, 2022 Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6:00pm Board Members present were: Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Denis Walter and Steve Madson. Absent – Josh Franchuk Chairman Sprangers made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Chairman Sprangers made a motion to approve the minutes from the January meeting, Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. Public Comments: None Old Business – None New Business – A. Town Website – Clerk Madson informed the board that the cost to maintain our website will go up $10 per month. We can lock in the price for 3 years. The board agreed to lock in the price. Also, we may need to get a .gov email for election info which will come with a cost. Clerk Madson informed the board of cutting notices for Peter Smith, Doll Rev Trust. And John Kunzman. Also, a land use permit for Kraig Kauth. Audit of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Chairman Sprangers. Chairman Sprangers made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried. There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
