Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Town of West Bend Town Board Minutes August 17th, 2026 Chairman Troy Zagel called the Town of West Bend Town Board meeting to order at 12:00 P.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, and Mike Krueger. Motion to convene into closed session to discuss fire contracts pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (e) Wisconsin State Statutes- Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Roll Call vote, Supervisor Mark Wagor; aye, Supervisor Steve Lindley; and Chairman Troy Zagel; aye. All in favor. Motion carried. Supervisor Lindley made a motion to convene back into open session. Supervisor Wagor seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried. The meeting convened back into open session. Motion by Lindley to adjourn, seconded by Wagor.
