The meeting was held at the Town of West Bend, Town Hall, located at 6355 Highway Z, West Bend, WI 53095. Members present were James Ketter, David Anderson, Jamie Loiacono, and Steve Lindley. Review and approval of the June 2026 Monthly Meeting minutes was completed by Jamie Loiacono. David Anderson motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Review and approval of the payment of bills was completed. Horton Insurance for $3,440 and Cedar Lake Sales for $674.59 (patrol boat started). Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Review of Treasurer’s Report was completed by David Anderson. David reviewed the June financial statement along w/ the corresponding monthly statement from Summit Financial. Steve Lindley motioned, Jamie Loiacono 2 nd, all in favor. Review of the proposed 2027 Budget was completed by David Anderson. This proposed budget will be presented at the Annual Meeting for review and approval. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Other Business: Cedar Corp is reviewing plausible solutions to the Bauers Drive runoff issue. Work continues to contract with a company to complete weed removal in the kettle. Meeting adjourned at 6:59pm. David Anderson motioned, Steve Lindley 2 nd, all in favor.
