The meeting was held at the Town of West Bend, Town Hall, located at 6355 Highway Z, West Bend, WI 53095. Members present were James Ketter, David Anderson, Jam ie Loiacono, and Steve Lindley. Review of the meeting minutes of the May 2026 meeting was completed. David Anderson motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Review and approval of the payment of bills was completed. Gas for the patrol boat $55.95 was the only bill. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Review of Treasurer’s Report was completed by David Anderson. David reviewed the May 2026 Financial Report. In addition, David reviewed our Summit Financial Reports for reconciliation. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2nd, all in favor. Other Business: Discussion on lining up potential speaker(s) for the Annual Meeting. Reviewed the protocols associated w/ an appropriate Secchi Disk test. Replacement for ECO-Waterways (staffing issues) was reviewed. Possibly ILM. Annual meeting set for August 25, 2026 @ 7:00pm. Meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.
